Huntress Spirit Walker is genuinely broken right now. The Owl ascendancy supercharges Twister wall bounces — extra projectiles turn the screen into a blender. Soot is live running endgame maps and testing the Oil Barrage Wyvern companion variant as an alt path for those who want safer, beastmaster-style gameplay.
AWD 30/70 front-to-rear split is the early meta across most FH6 classes. Quijibo is live tuning the 2023 Porsche 911 Turbo S to S1 ceiling, widely regarded as the strongest all-around S1 car at launch. Also benchmarking the Ford GT '05 AWD conversion — massive launch numbers on technical circuits.
Christmas Day 2025, the entire crew assembled in Pax Dei to hunt a fell dragon youngling. Archmage Jibbish dropped the Storm of the Mountain. Ranger Jerry fired stun arrows into its eye. The Boyer 23 CapinCrunch held the front line. Grimwolf flanked left. Hige was victorious — and deeply loud about it for approximately forty-five minutes afterward.
The two dominant Spirit Walker builds, compared head-to-head by Soot and Scholar Kody. Twister Owl uses the ascendancy's projectile speed buffs for wall-bounce scaling — ludicrous ceiling, twitchy playstyle. The Zookeeper Tame Beast build lets you field a captured Rathbreaker boss alongside its full Hyena pack — safer league start, surprisingly viable endgame.
Japan's mountain passes reward precision over raw speed — a well-tuned A-class car beats a sloppy S1 every time. Quijibo's launch-week breakdown: S1 — Porsche 911 Turbo S, Ford GT '05 AWD; A-Class — GR86 '22 and Subaru BRZ for JDM purists; B-Class sleeper — Honda Beat '91, 15K credits, wins drift and drag events. AWD converts everywhere.
Multiple near-wipes, one turn where Cajun Skald Tat cast Grease under the entire party and then someone lit a candle, and still somehow a clean win. Classic Hige energy, zero cuts. Commentary from the whole crew throughout.
Apex's patch 12.0.5 M+ tank guide. Keg Smash priority, ISB uptime, and Black Ox Brew timing explained without padding. Maisara Caverns pull-by-pull: the double-pack before the first boss is where most groups die. Soot shows the exact stagger-and-purify line that solves it. Kody's Inscription crafting notes for tank BiS included.
Two S-tier builds, same content, no edits. Soot runs Whirling Assault Martial Artist with Hollow Form clones and Lochtonial Caress — the current highest-ceiling build in the patch. Kody pilots the Twister Spirit Walker. Numbers, feel, and survivability compared honestly.
Cathay is top-tier and the Tiger Warriors DLC pushed them over the edge. Soot and Cajun Skald Tat's Immortal Empires breakdown: Harmony maintenance unlocks faction-wide buffs that compound hard late game. Miao Ying with five lores — including Life — carries campaigns almost alone. Dragon Crossbows shred everything at range. Cheap peasant chaff holds your lines.
The three Space Marine mains of Hige take on Ruthless co-op in the Termination mission. Class builds, communication style, and the moment Console Champion Pughdiddy single-handedly held the entire squad together through a suppression wave — captured live, full audio, no edits.
The Age transition is the decisive moment in Civ 7 Deity. Everquester Harold Troutman and Soot walk through their full playbook: when to convert military momentum into infrastructure, which legacy bonuses survive the transition, and why you never skip a golden age on Deity difficulty — no matter how tempting the war looks.
The whole crew's 2025 recap. Best moments, worst wipes, the dragon kill, Fabulous Talz's singular arc as Duke Plisken the III, Grimwolf's SleazyBearShark highlight reel, Jaedaedae's IceCreamCakes drop of the year, and a preview of what 2026 looks like for the clan.

Browse All ProductsStreams, guides, and videos from a crew that has been playing games together since 1995. A subset of <Conquest> guild and friends along the way. We play everything — and we love every minute of it.
HIGE.GG is a dirty dozen-ish gaming crew with roots going back to 1995. We began as a subset of the <Conquest> guild in EverQuest and Dark Age of Camelot — veterans of the long queue, the corpse run, and the four-hour raid that somehow went sideways on the last pull.
Our name comes from Papamnk Hige, a Fires of Heaven monk from EQ1 — the original HIGE, and still the standard we hold ourselves to: show up, play hard, have fun, don't take yourself too seriously.
Right now we are deep in Path of Exile 2 and Forza Horizon 6, with Total War: WarHam 3, Civilization 7, WoW Midnight, and Space Marine 2 also in active rotation. We share guides because we love the games. We stream because it is more fun with an audience. We have been doing this for 30 years and we are not stopping.
